Mr. Bishop joined Vision Ridge in 2025 as an Operating Partner.* Mr. Bishop brings over 20 years of experience across clean power and finance to Vision Ridge. Most recently, he was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Key Capture Energy, a battery energy storage independent power producer that – with the strategic partnership of Vision Ridge –scaled into a utility-scale market leader, with 624 MW of operating and under construction projects at his exit. Previously, he held roles at Brookfield Renewable and EDP Renewables, and served on the boards of Advanced Energy Economy and the Energy Storage Association. Mr. Bishop holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Compensation paid to Operating Partners will, as applicable, be borne by the relevant Vision Ridge fund and/or the relevant portfolio investments, and no such amounts shall offset or otherwise reduce management fees.
