Jason O’Briant joined Vision Ridge as Head of Portfolio Talent in 2026. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Jason founded O’Briant Advisory, LLC, an independent practice focused on senior leadership effectiveness and organizational design for privately held companies. Prior to O’Briant Advisory, he was a Managing Director, Human Resources at Blackstone, where he worked with the firm’s investment and corporate teams on organizational design, talent strategy, and compensation, including the buildout of new businesses and expansion of existing ones.
Before Blackstone, Jason spent nearly 16 years at Pfizer Inc. in increasingly senior human resources and organizational effectiveness roles across commercial businesses, global manufacturing, and logistics. His work spanned multiple regions and included restructurings, integrations, and other large-scale organizational change. He began his career at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, leading human resources, and safety at two wood products manufacturing plants.
Jason received a B.B.A. from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Union University.
