Alan Chen

Alan Chen joined Vision Ridge as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Associate Counsel in 2026. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Alan served as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Antares Capital. Previously, he served as Chief Compliance Officer at IPI Partners, predecessor to Blue Owl’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to IPI, Alan was a senior compliance manager at TPG and began his career at Morgan Stanley and MUFG. Alan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston and received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
