Reuben founded Vision Ridge in 2008 in order to bring decades of value investing experience to bear on what he saw as the financial opportunities presented by sustainable solutions. A former Partner at the investment firm, The Baupost Group, LLC, Reuben has also been a consultant to Texas Pacific Group and an Investment Banker with James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. His passion and expertise in electrified mobility, renewable electricity generation, the built environment, and other assets make him a leader in sustainable investing.

Reuben is a board member of Western Resource Advocates, Chairman of the WRA Action Fund, a Commissioner at the Coalition for Reimagined Mobility, a board member of the League of Conservation Voters, and an investment committee member for RMI. Additionally, Reuben serves on the boards of numerous other private companies. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Politics and Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration.

Justin is a Partner in Vision Ridge’s New York office, where he manages the Sustainable Asset Funds. Justin brings two decades of investment experience in natural resources, renewable energy, and agriculture to his current role. Prior to joining Vision Ridge in 2014, Justin was a Principal at Capricorn Investment Group, where he managed a real assets portfolio, focused on water infrastructure and storage, utility scale recycled and renewable energy, agriculture, real estate, and transportation. He began his career at Argonaut Capital (Perth), where he served as part of a boutique investment banking team focused on transactions across the natural resource sectors.

Justin received a B.Com with Honors in Finance and Economics from Curtin University of Technology, Perth.

George joined Vision Ridge in 2018. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, he had invested alongside the firm in climate change focused projects in his capacity as Managing Partner of Tulum Trust. Previously, George served as Senior Advisor to McKinsey and as Adviser to George Soros on climate change related investments. George has also founded several non-profit organizations and initiatives, including the European Climate Foundation and the Carbon War Room and currently serves as a member of the board of Crowley Carbon, the Rocky Mountain Institute, and SystemIQ Capital.

Prior to his work on climate change, George had a 20-year career as a serial technology entrepreneur and founded several technology businesses. Most recently, he founded the Cloud Networks, a large broadband wireless network operator in Europe. In 2006, George was recognized as a Global Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum.

George received a B.A in History from Harvard University.

Rob joined Vision Ridge in 2015 and is responsible for investment strategy, sourcing, diligence, execution, and asset management with a primary focus on sustainable agriculture and waste-to-energy. Prior to Vision Ridge, Rob was a Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy. Rob has been a Business Advisor to non-profits in the USA, Australia and Europe.

Rob holds B.Com in Economics & Finance (first class honors) from Curtin University, including international programs at Lehigh University, USA and Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Duyen joined Vision Ridge in 2017 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Firm. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Duyen was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for Colony, a real estate and investment management firm, where she managed financial reporting and operations for the global investment management business. Prior to Colony, Duyen was a Vice President and Controller with the Blackstone Private Equity Group. Duyen started her career in public accounting, where she focused on providing financial and operational due diligence services to Private Equity clients.

Duyen received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Matthew Fox joined Vision Ridge in 2022 as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Matthew also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Matthew was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of EIG, the Washington D.C.-based private equity firm. Prior to EIG, Matthew was a corporate associate first at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and later at Covington & Burling LLP, both in New York. Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, with a B.A. in History, and received his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Stanford Law Review.

Paul Luce joined Vision Ridge as a Managing Director in 2021. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Paul was most recently a Senior Investment Leader in the infrastructure vertical at Partners Group. Paul currently sits on the Board of Directors of TeraWatt Infrastructure and YMX Logistics. He has previously held seats on the Boards of Arcanum Infrastructure, EnfraGen, Sentinel Energy Center and as a Board Observer for USIC. Paul began his career in early-stage venture capital and worked as an investor for the University of Washington’s endowment funds. Paul received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Christina Scalzo joined Vision Ridge Partners as a Principal in 2022. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Christina was Vice President of M&A and Strategy at Vistra Corp, where she was responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic and innovative opportunities. Christina has held corporate development and principal investment roles at SemGroup, Bregal Energy, and Energy Capital Partners. Christina began her career in investment banking on the Natural Resources team at Goldman Sachs. Christina received a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance, Global Analysis, and Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ramzi joined Vision Ridge in 2024 as a Managing Director and Head of Europe. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Ramzi was a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital where he led the value-add infrastructure investing business and co-led the energy transition sector in the region. Prior to that, he worked at Montagu Private Equity and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.

Ramzi received a M.S. in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

PJ Jannuzzi joined Vision Ridge as a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management in 2025. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, PJ spent over four years at Blackstone as Managing Director in Asset Management leading Business Services and select Consumer investments. Prior to Blackstone, he was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company driving large scale strategy, growth, and transformation engagements across numerous industries. He started his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs and corporate strategy associate at Tishman Speyer. PJ received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Duke University.

Chris joined Vision Ridge as Head of Investor Relations in 2023. Chris has more than 20 years of experience working across all facets of real assets – including as a fundraiser, advisor, consultant, and investor. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Chris worked for Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure firm with a focus on mid-market companies in the transportation and utility sectors. Before that, he was a Partner and Head of U.S. Project Management for Firstavenue, a global advisory and private placement firm, where he advised infrastructure and real asset sponsors on fundraising and business development and worked closely with institutional investors globally. Earlier in his career, Chris was Principal and Head of Infrastructure Research for consultant Meketa Investment Group, where he specialized in making infrastructure and energy investments.

Chris received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Finance from Boston College.

Jamie joined Vision Ridge as a Principal in 2023. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Jamie spent over twelve years with Bridgewater Associates building, managing, and leading teams and strategic people initiatives within Human Resources and Talent areas. Previously, Jamie spent three years as an Educator working with young children on the autism spectrum. Jamie received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus in Organizational Development from the University of New Haven.

Pete Murphy joined Vision Ridge as the Head of Impact in 2023. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Pete served as a Senior Director and Head of ESG and Impact for Private Equity at Nuveen, the asset management arm of TIAA. Prior to Nuveen, Pete was an independent consultant to alternatives managers on ESG and Impact and served in several roles at the Global Impact Investing Network (the GIIN), where he supported the development of impact measurement standards and practices. Pete graduated from Bowdoin College, with a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies.

Kevin Kershisnik joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2018. Kevin was previously an Investment Associate, focusing on energy deals for the Private Equity Team of the Blackstone Group in New York. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst for Credit Suisse’s Global Energy Group advising on M&A and capital market transactions across the energy sector.

Kevin graduated magna cum laude and received a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and a M.S. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Peter Repucci is a Vice President at Vision Ridge. He joined as a Senior Associate in the New York office in 2019. Before Vision Ridge, Peter worked as an Investment Associate with Riverstone Holdings, focusing on oil and gas infrastructure and exploration. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Simmons and Company International advising on M&A transactions in oil and gas infrastructure. Peter graduated from Yale in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics and Global Affairs and was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado.

David Hampton joined Vision Ridge as a Senior Associate in 2019. David was previously an Investment Associate at Trilantic Capital Partners in New York, focusing on investments across the energy spectrum. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., advising on M&A transactions in oil & gas exploration and development. David graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics.

Dominique Keefe joined Vision Ridge as a Vice President in 2024. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Dominique worked in Digital Infrastructure Investment at Generate Capital, Community Solar M&A at NRG Energy, and as an Analyst for the Power & Renewables Group at Bank of America. Dominique began her career at Inerjys Ventures, a startup clean energy investment firm. Dominique holds a B.A. in Biology from Barnard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Maha joined Vision Ridge Partners as the Director of Tax in 2023. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, she served as Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Armanino.

With a 15-year tenure, Maha specializes in tax compliance and structuring matters for private equity throughout the investment and fund cycle. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. Maha is a California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an IRS Enrolled Agent.

Deep Kolhatkar joined Vision Ridge in the spring of 2021. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Deep spent 12 years in investment management focusing on due diligence, underwriting and management of real assets in the waste to value, renewable and conventional energy sectors, of which the last 8 years were with Tulum Trust. Previously, Deep was an Associate with AES Corp developing power projects in Africa. He began his career as an engineer working on offshore oil and gas projects.

Deep holds an MBA from the HEC School of Management, Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from VJTI Mumbai.

Sophie East joined Vision Ridge as the Director of Investor Relations in 2023. Sophie was previously a Director in the Project Management team of First Avenue Partners, a globally focused placement agent. Sophie worked at First Avenue for eight years and developed an interest and specialism in infrastructure funds. She began her career working on the New Business team of a fund administrator, where she focused on the fundraising mechanics and closing process for privately raised funds. Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Lysa Williams joined Vision Ridge Partners in 2024 as an Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Lysa was Fund Controller at Ares Management Corporation for fifteen years and spent four years as an auditor with Deloitte. Lysa received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management. Lysa is also a California Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).

Kara Hagerty joined Vision Ridge as the Director of Compliance in 2022. Previously, Kara was the Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Starboard Value LP in New York. Prior to that, Kara was a Compliance Officer at Falcon Edge Capital, LP and an Associate on the Legal and Compliance team at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. Kara received a B.A. in English and Spanish from Washington and Lee University.

Kevin W. Zhang joined Vision Ridge as a Senior Associate in 2023. Kevin began his career at Bain Capital Credit covering the TMT and Consumer/Retail sectors. Kevin graduated magna cum laude and received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and completed a dual-degree program with the Wharton School for an MBA and Harvard Kennedy School for a Master’s in Public Administration.

Noah Oviedo-Bormett joined Vision Ridge as a Senior Associate in 2023. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Noah was an Associate at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a generalist private equity firm based in Beverly Hills. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York. Noah received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, Carlson School of Management.

Cynthia Song joined Vision Ridge in January 2022 as an Associate. She was previously an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in New York, working on M&A and capital market transactions in the Global Energy and Infrastructure group. Cynthia graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, concentrating in Finance and minoring in International Development.

Harris Miller joined Vision Ridge as a Senior Associate in 2024. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Harris worked as an Analyst at Sahana Capital and 3G Capital and began his career in investment banking at Evercore. Harris holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and graduated from Northwestern University.

Allison Banta joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2022. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Allison was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company in New York, where she focused on M&A transactions as a Generalist and later joined the Life Sciences group. Allison received a B.B.A. degree and Environment minor from the University of Michigan.

Megan Ratcliffe joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2022. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Megan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America in San Francisco, working in the Emerging Growth and Regional Coverage Group. Prior to Bank of America, Megan worked as an Investment Analyst at Bracebridge Capital where she focused on European Asset-Backed Securities. Megan received a B.S. in Applied Math Economics from Brown University where she graduated with honors and was captain of the varsity women’s cross country and track and field teams.

Kamila Morgan joined Vision Ridge as a Senior Associate in 2025. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Kamila worked in the infrastructure and private equity team at USS, focusing on energy investments across Europe, and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Santander. Kamila received a BSc in Economics and History from the University of Exeter.

Theo Montgomery joined Vision Ridge full time in 2018 after successfully completing the Internship Program in 2017. Previously, he interned at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing renewable energy solutions to the US Navy and Marine Corps and researching virtual power purchase agreements. Theo holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Ben Zhao joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2023. Prior to Vision Ridge, Ben was an investment banking analyst at Barclays in New York, advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, concentrating in Finance and Marketing.

Hannah Grigg joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2023. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Hannah was an Investment Banking Analyst at Financial Technology Partners in San Francisco, where she worked on transactions in the FinTech sector. Hannah received a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Paul Mangold joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2024. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Paul spent three years at Macquarie Capital as part of the Energy and Infrastructure Investment Banking division. Paul received an M.S. in Management “Programme Grande Ecole” of EM Lyon.

Maddie Robinson joined Vision Ridge as an Associate in 2024. Prior to Vision Ridge, Maddie was an investment banking analyst at Barclays within their Energy Transition & Climate Tech coverage team. Maddie graduated with High Distinction from the University of Virginia School of Engineering with a B.S. in Systems Engineering, concentrating in Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Systems and Minoring in Business and Global Sustainability.

Lyndsey joined Vision Ridge as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner in 2021. Lyndsey previously worked at IHS Markit where she was a Senior Enterprise Project Manager focusing on company operations and resource management. Lyndsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a BS in Sociology with a focus in Political Science.

Katie Jo Righi joined Vision Ridge as an Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner in 2022. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Katie worked for several family offices in New York supporting senior leadership. Katie received a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer Rodriguez joined Vision Ridge as an Executive Assistant in 2023. Prior to Vision Ridge, Jennifer was an Executive Assistant at Geller & Company, where she provided administrative support across multiple teams and C-level executives. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management from Montclair State University.

Lucy joined Vision Ridge in 2023 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Lucy supported the CEO and CIO of a private equity firm. While there, Lucy was part of the team that aided the firm in receiving a B Corp Certification. Lucy graduated from London Guildhall University with a B.A. in Communications and Audio-Visual Production with Design Studies.

Meredith Saran joined Vision Ridge as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant in 2024. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Meredith worked at Ideon as a Marketing Associate administering project management and event support. Meredith received an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University.
